Pure luxury in our vacation villa on Lake Como
4+1 bedrooms each with en-suit modern bathrooms plus a guest toilet, a fully equipped kitchen. A large wood burning fireplace directly next to the large oakwood dining table and a comfortable living area makes the room a place you want to spend many hours in. Enjoy music or movies on the BOSE sound-system – connectable with any of your own devices if you wish. Stable Wifi in all rooms is a given. Everything has been set up to make you feel as comfortable as possible.

Floor plans
Villa al Castello offers approximately 250 sqm over three levels and sleeps up to 12 guests. Thanks for understanding that overcrowding is not possible. The house features 4 double-bed-rooms each with en-suit bathroom, an attic especially suitable for children to sleep and play, a well-equipped kitchen and a large living room. There is also a spacious lakeside garden terrace with breath-taking views on the lake and the adjoining mountains and a private garden over several levels.

Bedrooms
The villa features 4 double-bed-rooms, all of them equipped with en-suit modern bathrooms. Each room has it’s very unique style and atmosphere.
Nobilita
The only bedroom on the ground floor, it has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with large walk in shower. This is a good option for someone who has issues with stairs and prefers to stay on one floor only.
Desiderio
The second bedroom on the second floor with triple aspect windows, very bright and airy, it is considered the Master bedroom with a 4-poster bed that offers a romantic atmosphere. The en-suite bathroom has a large walk in shower and a lake view!
Cielo
The first bedroom that you reach on the second floor, has a noticeable aura to it, with wood beam ceiling, original features and furnishings, lake views and an en-suite bathroom tucked away to the back of the bedroom with a large walk in shower.
Montagna
The third bedroom on the second floor, overlooks the mountains and the garden of the Rezzonico Castle and the lake. It offers a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower.
Luna e Stelle
The attic is especially suitable for up to 7 children and teenagers. An entire level just for them: the original timber wood floor makes this area a cozy place to relax on the couch or play. We are providing books in different languages, boardgames, cars and other toys to spend long evenings or rainy days.
Stunning exterior
Enjoy the huge lake-side terrace, providing 270° unspoiled lake-view to Bellagio, Varenna, Bellano and Dervio as well as the mountain scenery of the Bergamasque Alps. Watch sailing boats pass by as you enjoy your breakfast on the large table in the sun or set-up your evening BBQ as the evening lights on the other shore are mirroring in the lake. The terrace can be covered by an electric sunroof. On the first floor the villa offers a balcony under the vines, where you can enjoy a glass of wine with both lake view and views on the beautifully maintained grounds and garden of Castello Rezzonico. The lake side garden is a private Mediterranean oasis built across several levels, where you can relax under oleanders and palm trees.
In the warmer seasons (generally mid April-September depending on weather) Villa al Castello spoils you with a private modern pool (6mx2,5m) in front of the lake. Let your children have a splash dive while you watch them from the terrace or refresh yourself enjoying the views of the lake and the mountains.
